Since 2023, as part of our PROTÉGÉ program, we have been committed to nurturing future industry talents. We are proud to share the top three local universities from which we hire our PROTÉGÉ trainees. Most of these young talents are fresh graduates who have just completed their internships and are looking for real world work experience to start their careers. By welcoming them into our company, we provide a supportive environment where they can apply what they have learned, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience.
