At Aero Synergy, the programme welcomes Malaysian Bachelor’s Degree graduates from various fields of study who have completed their studies from local Universities. Our eight-month structured programme combines soft skills training with hands-on industry experience, equipping young talents with the knowledge, skills and exposure needed to confidently step into the professional world.
