Our Onboarding Protégé program marks the beginning of an exciting journey for new Protégés. The session starts with an introduction to the company and an ice-breaking session with our team, helping Protégés get familiar with the organization's culture, structure, and values.

Throughout the onboarding period, participants undergo a series of interactive modules tailored to company needs, including Communication and Networking Skills, Organizational Adaptability, Grooming and Etiquette, and Environmental Sustainability and Social Impact, conducted through engaging physical sessions.

In addition, Protégés also complete an online mandatory module - Program Anjakan Minda Keusahawanan Graduan (PANDU) - designed to inspire entrepreneurial thinking and foster a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

This comprehensive onboarding experience equips new Protégés with the knowledge, confidence, and professional readiness to thrive and contribute effectively within the company.
