In the Entrepreneurship 101 Module, all protégés were comprehensively exposed to the essential foundations of entrepreneurship, enabling them to develop a strong and forward-thinking entrepreneurial mindset. This module served as an important introductory platform to help young graduates understand the mindset, behaviours, and strategic considerations required to venture into business.
As part of the learning experience, protégés also took part in an engaging group roleplay activity where they acted as entrepreneurs. In this activity, each group created their own business concept based on their ideas and creativity. They applied the key elements of the marketing mix (4Ps) - product, price, promotion, and placement - to build a more structured and practical business concept. This hands-on activity helped protégés understand how marketing works in real situations while strengthening teamwork and critical-thinking skills.
